Spencer joined Sterling Partners in 2021 and is a Senior Associate. As a member of the investment team, Spencer works on due diligence of prospective investments and oversight of portfolio companies.
Prior to Sterling, Spencer was a Program Manager at the Business Outreach Center Network, a New York City based Community Development Financial Institution. Prior to joining the Private Equity Investment Team, she also worked at Sterling Partners Equity Advisors as a Junior Equity Analyst.
Spencer received a BA in Environmental Studies and Economics from Middlebury College. She completed her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth.
