Riley joined Sterling Partners in 2022 as a Talent Specialist. As a member of the talent team, Riley works on all aspects of the recruiting process. Prior to Sterling, Riley was an Executive Recruiting Intern and Human Resources intern in Chicago. Riley recently received her Master’s in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and received a BS in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2021.
