Riley joined Sterling Partners in 2022 and is a Legal Administrator. Riley works directly with the legal team supporting the deal process. Prior to joining Sterling, Riley was an Executive Recruiting Intern and Human Resources intern in Chicago. Riley received her Master’s in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
