Riley joined Sterling Partners in 2002 and is a Legal Administrator. Riley works directly with the legal team supporting the deal process. Prior to joining Sterling, Riley was an Executive Recruiting Intern and Human Resources intern in Chicago. Riley recently received her Master’s in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and received a BS in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2021.
