Nishaad joined Sterling Partners in 2017 and is a Vice President for Avathon Capital. As a member of the Investment Team, he works on all aspects of the deal process, including identification and due diligence of prospective investments, as well as management and oversight of the active portfolio. Prior to joining Sterling, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Raymond James’ Industrials group where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
Nishaad received a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, from the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University.
