Lindsay joined Sterling in 2002 and is the Senior Tax Manager. As a member of the Finance team, Lindsay manages the tax compliance function for the Sterling private equity funds, as well as, the Education Opportunity Fund, Sterling Partners Equity Advisors, Sterling Partners Quantitative Investments, and the investments made on a deal-by-deal basis. Lindsay started her career at Sterling as an analyst for the Sterling private equity funds. Soon after she transitioned to the finance team, where she worked as a staff accountant, senior accountant, and tax manager.
Lindsay graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration and received her M.S. in Tax from the University of Illinois. She also holds a CPA license in Illinois.
