Lauren joined Sterling Partners in 2021 and serves as the firm’s Associate General Counsel. Prior to Sterling, Lauren was a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, primarily focused on private equity transactions. Lauren received her BA in finance from the University of Notre Dame and her JD from Notre Dame Law School.
